>>  Thank you to Eunice & Sabrina at Hello!Lucky for featuring my work on the Hello!Lucky blog. I've long been a fan of their designs so I'm really flattered by their kind words.

>> This wedding I posted about in January was just featured on Style Me Pretty. The expanded image gallery is worth a look because this wedding is a beauty, not to mention staggeringly large, with 400 guests and 24 bridesmaids. I will never forget calligraphing the 500 envelopes for this couple, which involved converting every flat surface in my studio into a drying rack, and a lot of ice for my wrist!

>>  My friend Jessica Marquez of Minature Rhino – embroidery artist, photographer, crafter extraordinaire – is publishing a book and you should all pre-order it ASAP! The book is called Stitched Gifts and while it will be released by Chronicle Books in October, it's available for pre-order at Amazon now.

>> I almost literally ran into Karl Lagerfeld rounding a Paris street corner today. To me, this is an update worth mentioning.

Molly Suber Thorpe

A calligrapher, teacher, and author, Molly’s work spans both modern lettering and historical script. She writes about calligraphy and handwriting as creative disciplines—shaped by tools, technique, habit, and attention—and considers what it means to write by hand in a digital age. In addition to designing custom lettering for clients, she creates books, free resources, and online classes for people who want to develop their calligraphy and handwriting, whether as a creative outlet, a professional skill, or both.
