General FAQ:
— How do I schedule a meeting?
Click here to access my online booking platform, where you can select a time slot, pay, and receive instant booking confirmation.
— What platform do you use for these sessions?
I conduct Studio Hours sessions on Zoom. Please make sure you have signed up for a free Zoom account prior to our meeting.
— Can I book more than one meeting?
Absolutely! Please mention this in the Notes section of the form above.
— Can I reschedule or cancel?
Yes. I have a 48-hour cancellation policy. This means that sessions canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice are not eligible for a refund. Sessions can be rescheduled, but only up to 24 hours before the session was meant to take place.
— Can I get a refund if I’m unhappy with our meeting?
I want you to feel inspired and motivated after our one-on-one session. If for any reason you are unsatisfied after our session, please reach out to me.
— If I have more questions, how do I contact you?
Please message me. Let me know what type of mentorship or tutoring interests you, and I will be happy to answer any questions you may have!
Procreate Calligraphy Lessons FAQ:
— I’m a total beginner. Can I start learning calligraphy from scratch?
Yes. Absolutely no previous calligraphy experience is required to start private lessons with me. I’ll get you starting by covering all the basics of digital script calligraphy, starting with how to hold the pen (or in this case, the Apple Pencil)!
— What tools do I need for the lesson?
You will need an iPad with the Procreate app installed, an Apple Pencil, and a separate device (not your iPad) with a webcam for our video call.
— Will I be able to see your iPad screen in the video lesson?
Yes! I use a two-camera setup that will display my face and my iPad screen.
— Should I film my iPad in the video call so you can see my work?
This is optional but it would greatly help if you have questions that will require me to see your work. But don’t worry – you don’t need any fancy technology for this! You can dial into the call on a mobile phone and position it over your iPad, or dial in from your computer using a portable webcam positioned over your desk.
