Greek Calligraphy Tattoos
Designing tattoos is one of my favorite types of projects!
I have a lot of experience designing tattoos in calligraphy, and for the past few years have also been making a growing number of Greek tattoos. I work closely with my tattoo clients to make sure the design is exactly what they want, and that it is sized perfectly to their bodies. Lots of considerations come into play for tattoos that don’t exist for other calligraphy designs, such as adjusting letter spacing and stroke thickness to account for slight ink bleeding.

If you’re looking to get a delicate, calligraphy tattoo, I strongly suggest finding a tattoo artist who has experience both with typography and with fine hairlines. An artist’s ability to capture the thick and thin of calligraphy is really what matters most. I encourage you to bring in photos of some sample calligraphy, and ask to see their portfolio!
